When writing to us, send to the attention of our Sales Department. Include your customer I.D. number, your name, business name, complete address, telephone number and method of payment. Specify item numbers, quantities and descriptions.
SHIPPING INFO:
1. Fedex: Please inspect all box(s) for damages. Have the Fedex driver make a note of any damages before you sign. 2. Freight truck orders: Inspect the shipment for exterior and/or concealed damage while the truck driver waits. If you sign free and clear you own it. Freight companies will turn down any further claims.
FREE SHIPPING:
1. Orders must be over $1000.00 to receive free shipping. 2. Free shipping offer only applies to business addresses in the continental U.S.A. 3. Residential addresses will incur an extra charge. 4. Slatwall Panels are not included in free shipping offer.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
1. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express. Have your credit card number ready for quick ordering. 2. Net 30: S&L offers Net 30 day payment terms to approved customers. A credit application must be completed with the necessary references. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing. Ask your sales representative for details.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
S&L makes every effort to send your shipment the best way - via UPS, Common Carrier or FOB Factory. All shipping charges, including COD fees, liftgate fees, inside delivery charges and arrival notification charges are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS:
We will gladly accept any return within 30 days of invoice. Returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization. Returns must be in the original carton, must include a copy of the invoice, and be in new condition as determined by S&L. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special orders, close-outs and used items are not returnable.
DAMAGES:
The carrier is responsible for damage in transit.
1. FEDEX DAMAGE: If you discover damage after opening package, call UPS for an inspection. Save all packing materials. Do not return package to S&L yourslef. 2. Common Carrier damage: Inspect all merchandise before driver leaves. Note all damages on both your copy and driver's copy of freight claim with the carrier. 3. It is important to open all cartons immediately to be eligible to file a freight claim. SPECIAL ORDERS:
S&L will gladly provide pricing on non-stock items. All special Orders must be accompanied by a 50% non-refundable deposit. Special Orders are not returnable.
PRICING:
All prices are subject to change (up or down) without notice. While every effort is made to make our catalog as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to correct any error in description or price.
BACK ORDERS:
Any item not in stock at time of original shipment will be shipped as soon as possible. Separate shipping charges will be billed for each shipment.
